Cost of Art

I had a commission to paint a small watercolor of someone’s new home. The painting is 4 inches x 4 inches and it was shipped maybe 20 miles away by USPS. I hate to complain but mailing that small package cost nearly $10, which is outrageous.

Everybody is taking advantage of everyone else and it’s breaking my heart. Not to mention my bank account.
