You’re going on a cross-country trip. Airplane, train, bus, car, or bike?

I have always wanted to take a nice leisurely train trip through some great scenic countryside. Someplace like Germany, Switzerland or maybe even France. Something like a two week trip would be perfect. Alas , it’s a bucket list item I probably won’t experience, but I can dream…right?
